We enjoyed a relaxing stay, with friendly, helpful staff and a pleasant pool, though it isn't heated. Breakfast was included and decent, the Wi-Fi worked well, and hawkers weren't too intrusive. The hotel is right on the beach, offers good value, and is peaceful and away from traffic, while still close enough to walk to several restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean, and generally quiet. It had air conditioning, a mosquito net, and a nice balcony. One practical problem was that the room lost running water at least once a day, and there was no hand soap. Also, one night loud music from a nearby wedding at Djembe Hotel went on until about 2 am, with no warning beforehand.

We got good food and traditional music shows at night, along with excellent customer service. The resort is lovely, set among nature, with an artificial river running through it and mangrove forest at one end.

The waiters weren't friendly, the sunbeds weren't nice, and the old room wasn't clean. There was no shower gel or shampoo either. Whatever photos you've seen online, stay away if you can.

I really liked the restaurant, and the customer service was great. Special thanks to Lamine and Fatou, the waiters. The beach and swimming pool are beautiful 😍. The rooms are nice but humid, and there's nowhere to dry clothes. No washing service was offered.
