The location is handy, on a very quiet street just off Palma Rima Road, with no traffic noise. It's about 50 meters away and easy to find, close to the beach, shops and nightlife. The highway exit is convenient, and parking is on or in front of the property, with security provided. Rooms are larger than others nearby and better priced. Mine had a balcony with seating and sometimes a sea view, plus a comfortable living room seating area, kettle and wardrobe. There's a lovely garden with a pool and sun loungers, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, though almost the same every day, and the dining room could use more cutlery and better breakfast replenishment. Emails aren't always handled properly. The bathroom has a nice shower, but needs maintenance to prevent leaks. It can smell damp as a result.
