Don't stay here. I've traveled a lot and never seen anything like it. This doesn't feel like a hotel at all: the bathroom is like a prison cell and doesn't even have a door. Everything was filthy, and the owner wouldn't acknowledge the problems. You'll lose your money, so book elsewhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! The apartment was dirty and nothing like the photos or description. To be clear, this is not a hotel. The manager was rude and made no effort to welcome us. Honestly, booking with her isn't worth it. 😮‍💨

A lovely staff, a clean room, a generous breakfast and a big pool made for a perfect stay. Two beautiful beaches are an easy walk away. I highly recommend it.

My friend was visiting Guadeloupe for the first time and loved her trip, apart from this guesthouse. She paid over €400, then had to leave the same day because the real place was so far from the photos. They made it look warm and welcoming, but she got a poor reception and a completely unclean room, with stained curtains and sheets, cobwebs and more. That's unacceptable for a place hosting tourists. We want compensation. My friend has tried to reach you without success. When someone is unhappy with something they've paid for, a refund is the least they should expect. A business should benefit both sides; otherwise it feels like theft or a scam. Please reply to her so she can get her money back.
