Sabrina really went beyond what we expected, and the whole team made our event a success. I booked bedrooms and meeting rooms at Bisila Palace Hotel for two of my directors, and even with last-minute changes to attendee numbers and a canceled meeting, Sabrina stayed flexible, understanding, and professional. The rooms for meetings were comfortable and modern, with refreshments and careful preparation. Requests were dealt with quickly and cheerfully. Carmen and Evangelina were warm, responsive, and proactive too. Mr Miguel from IT kept the internet and devices working smoothly throughout. Everyone was impressed. The team speaks Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, and we’ll definitely come back for future meetings. I highly recommend the hotel.

Our flight was canceled, so this turned into an unexpected stay. The General Manager was a great guy, and the staff consistently made an effort to welcome us. You can see the team takes its lead from him. The hotel is handy for the airport, has a great pool, and the rooms were clean. Restaurant service was excellent.

I’d stay here again when I’m in the area. The lobby bar has lots of seating, and the WiFi worked well. Downstairs, the restaurant has a buffet at every meal, plus made-to-order choices like morning omelettes and pasta or steak at lunch and dinner. I’ve stayed on the way to work and again on the way home. The hotel is nice, near the airport and close to the Luba port where we work.

There’s a 25 m pool and breakfast is included for all guests. It’s a good hotel with good service, about a five-minute drive from the airport.

Bisila Palace is peaceful despite being close to the airport, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses. I enjoyed the meals, and the staff were friendly and helped people make new acquaintances in education. They also enjoy ethnic festivals. There’s a pool, an all-day restaurant, and excellent conference spaces. I’d recommend the hotel for family holidays as well as business trips to Malabo.
