Babis Apartments & Studios Iremia

The rooms were spotless, cosy and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable, there were mosquito nets everywhere, and not a drop of water leaked after a shower. The host was adorable, friendly, kind and supportive, and speaks English so fluently. The beach is close by, with plenty of good tavernas, supermarkets and gift shops. We’ll certainly return!

We visited in early spring, when the area was wonderfully calm and pleasant. The village and beach are both about a two-minute walk away, which was really convenient. Our room was comfortable and lovely, and the owner welcomed us warmly and was very kind. We had a wonderful stay.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, and even left us small gifts to welcome us and say goodbye. We spent 11 nights in the bungalow and didn’t miss a thing. The kitchenette was well equipped, the rooms very clean, and the garden beautiful; we even spotted Hummingbird Hawkmoths. We enjoyed the terrace, with two sunbeds and a parasol, and there was some beach gear for kids. Free parking was very useful, and there were no extra charges. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes’ walk between the beach and the central street with shops. It was mostly quiet, apart from Greek music one evening and a rooster one morning. On our first visit to the Babis apartments in 2020, my partner had a nasty fall during the first couple of days. Alexandra was amazing: she called a doctor, translated for us and even picked up the prescription. The place itself was beautiful, bright and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back this year.
