Villa Pami

We barely explored beyond Villa Pami and the nearby beach because we liked them so much. The beach is a ten-minute walk, with plenty of tavernas nearby and a large supermarket a ten-minute drive away. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a small kitchen, a garden-facing balcony, and access to a washing machine. Michalis made the whole stay special, remembering our names and even offering us a lovely bottle of wine. He was the perfect host from beginning to end. We’d love to return.

The beach was quiet and beautiful, with a sandy entrance and warm, clear water. You can rent two sunbeds and an umbrella at various spots along the shore for €10. It’s about a seven-minute walk from Villa Pami, and there are a few nice tavernas five to ten minutes away on foot. The modern apartments are spotless and very well equipped, with space used efficiently. There’s a lovely garden and covered parking too. After a night here, with two more still ahead, I can already recommend it based on our tour of Corfu and the other places we’ve stayed. Michalis is especially hospitable and always ready to help. It’s a great choice for a peaceful holiday.

The thing that made our stay especially memorable was the kindness and hospitality of Michalis and his family. You can feel how much care they put into this family business, and they made us feel like part of the family. We stayed in a renovated, well-equipped two-bedroom ground-floor apartment during low season, with our nine-year-old daughter. The grounds are well maintained and a great place for kids to play. The beach is a short walk away, and during high season there are probably several bars and tavernas within walking distance.

The owner went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The staff were friendly, and the garden was nice. The place had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, and rooms were cleaned every day except Sunday, which was understandable. It was the best accommodation we had in Greece and offered a lot for the money.
