The peaceful setting and spectacular views made this a lovely place to unwind, and it was still convenient for exploring Naxos, about 25 minutes from Naxos Port. Our villa worked very well for our family. It was thoughtfully laid out and well cared for, with comfortable mattresses, a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The private “jacuzzi” turned out to be more like a small pool with built-in seats all around, which our children, ages 9 and 11, loved for hours. The sandy beach is an easy 8-minute walk, with clear water, no sea grass, and few people, even though it looks farther away from the property. Breakfast was a highlight. Alexander made fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, and tasty local choices like meat, cheese, and spinach pies each morning. Anthi, the owner, was kind and welcoming, and lovely to chat with. A couple of small things could be better: blackout shades in the bedrooms and a more useful drying rack for swimsuits and laundry. They didn't take away from our stay. We'd gladly return to Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments and recommend it to families or anyone after a peaceful, comfortable stay with great views.

We chose Phoenicia for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier. The owner and staff were so welcoming, with thoughtful local treats and personal touches that made the stay feel special. Our suite was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast each morning was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had, with fresh local specialties. The luxurious amenities and warm hospitality made our visit unforgettable. It's also conveniently close to many lovely beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend for a trip to Naxos!

The setting at villa Feida is breathtaking, and the villa itself is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail. The owner was kind and helpful, and breakfast was amazing. We stayed in July 2025, had a wonderful time, and definitely hope to come back.

We mostly just relaxed and enjoyed the place. The pool was clean and peaceful, and often we had it to ourselves. Alexandros brought a fresh basket each morning with warm homemade food, coffee, and fresh-pressed orange juice, a real highlight. Since our flight was in the afternoon, we were also able to check out late, which helped keep things relaxed. The apartment felt authentic and calm, and Anthi, the owner, was always welcoming and quick to respond whenever we needed something. Her restaurant recommendations were especially good. A lovely Greek escape, highly recommended.

The fresh breakfast every day was one of the best parts, and the beaches were lovely and walkable. Our apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning, and the whole place felt calm and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. Nothing to complain about. Keep it up so more guests can enjoy a holiday like this at Phoenicia!
