The beach is so close that we didn't miss having a pool at all, and I slept better than I do at home thanks to the really comfortable beds. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, and we loved our stay. We'll definitely come back. Zoe, one of the people running the hotel, was so friendly and helpful when we arrived. She gave us lots of useful information about the island and things to do, and was easy to approach. The cleaning staff kept everything spotless, always greeting us with a smile. Thanks so much for having us.

After 14 years staying at esperides hotel, I much preferred the warm hospitality from Zoe, her family and the staff. They made me feel comfortable, and nothing seemed to be a problem. The place was lovely and clean, and the staff and dad brought us fresh figs every night. Such lovely people. I'd definitely stay again x

I travelled solo and had a great stay. The family who own the hotel were lovely and welcoming, and clearly work hard to make your holiday enjoyable. I'll definitely return. Breakfast and the bar were sociable places to meet other guests, and there's a sports TV in the bar if that's your thing. The beach is just behind the hotel, about a 30 second walk away. Bus stop 10 is around the corner, along with two supermarkets, a patisserie and a small restaurant. You can book trips at reception, and there are security boxes there too. My room was comfy and cleaned daily, with plenty of storage, a hair dryer, a small fridge and a balcony with a lovely sea view. It also had two little washing lines with pegs. In the garden, there are loungers under the trees for shade, free to use. There's an indoor communal area with books to borrow, plus a large balcony where you can sit somewhere cool or have breakfast. The restaurant food was smashing, with generous portions. I can recommend the seafood spaghetti and Baklava with ice-cream, please see pics. Breakfast had plenty of choice: cereal, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, bread, cracker breads, boiled eggs and cake. Fill up and you may last until dinner. It's a B&B, so you're not tied to coming back after breakfast. Aircon costs an extra 10 euros per day if you need it.
