Milos Bay Suites

The only kind person we dealt with was the receptionist. The manager was rude and arrogant, and the room was dirty and overpriced. We made a mistake with the dates, booking 9.10 instead of 9.9, and only noticed when we arrived. The manager yelled at us on the phone. Since we were exhausted, they offered another room for 120, at a better price if paid in cash. It smelled bad, had a broken kitchen counter, and a dirty bathroom. Revolut, which we used to book, said the manager had declined both a refund and a date change, and asked me to email him directly. I did, but he never replied. Thankfully, we found somewhere else for the rest of our Milos trip and had a great experience there. This place isn't worth a penny.

Eleni at reception made us feel so welcome. She went out of her way to help, and her recommendations led us to some wonderful spots we probably wouldn't have found on our own. The rooms were comfortable and the location was great, too. We had a wonderful stay at Milos Bay Suites and will definitely return next time we're in Milos.

After one night, they wanted to put us back in the awful room or have us leave, so we left and found a much cleaner, better room next door. The room they gave us felt like a cleaner's quarters, and I wouldn't rent it out. The bathroom was small and not very clean, and there was a door into the storeroom and office. Reception wasn't very helpful when I asked for an upgrade. The service and hospitality left a bad impression of going back to Greece. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Lia was amazing with her island and restaurant recommendations, and the staff were all really friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning while we were out exploring. The air conditioning cooled it down fast, and beach towels were provided too, which was a lifesaver. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including Adamantas port and some great restaurants and bakeries. There was lots of free parking across the road, which made things easier. We can't fault our stay at Milos Bay Suites. Thank you!
