George and Nicole at the front desk were extremely helpful and professional, especially with arranging a car rental and airport transportation. We never brought the pool issue to George because he couldn’t have been nicer. The room was as expected, with a nice patio and a good-sized bathroom, though the AC’s LED light shone too brightly into the room at night. Maintenance could adjust it. Breakfast on the patio was a lovely start to the day, with plenty of food, excellent breakfast staff, and wonderful Greek yogurt. The layout worked well, and it was about a 10-minute walk to lots of restaurants. The pool itself had a great layout and a lovely sea view. We brought a couple of beers, as we have on most trips without any problem, but a female staff member told us we couldn’t bring our own, even in cans we’d bought earlier for beach trips. Her tone was awful. Then she hovered by a nearby umbrella like a police cadet, which was comical and annoying, and honestly pathetic. Seeing her act arrogantly again the next day left a poor taste and lowered our opinion of the resort, especially given the room cost.

The receptionists were always helpful, even calling around to find us an ATV rental at the last minute. There was also plenty of free parking right outside our room when we rented a vehicle. We had an amazing four-night stay in a premier suite at the Santa Maria luxury suites and spa, and would absolutely book again. It’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. We loved the daily breakfast delivered to our balcony and the bath products. Our room was looked after every day and smelled amazing when we got back from the sun. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. The hot tub, though, stayed cold and didn’t seem to warm up. We ate at the pool bar twice and enjoyed both the meals and service.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll into town, and the pool was beautiful. Our spacious, clean suite had lots of great amenities, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with the lovely breakfast prepared for us each morning. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so enjoyable. We’ll be back!

George was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were tidy and roomy, and breakfast delivery was great. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Adamantas. We had a wonderful stay at the Santa Maria and would come again.

The pool was a great place to spend time after a swim in the sea, and the pizza we ordered there was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options. The rooms were clean, the service friendly, and the place itself is fantastic. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back to Milos.
