Dias by Azul Collection

Manolis and Giorgos were especially kind, friendly, and heartfelt with us. Greek hospitality really is unmatched. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dias by Azul Collection in Rethymno. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the hotel.

My experience with LastMinute was awful, and I won't book through them again. We landed in Heraklion from Paris at 2:40 pm. It's a small airport, but six flights arrived at once and there were only two baggage areas, so we waited an hour for our luggage. When we reached transfer office 1B, the woman said the car had already left and we'd have to wait another hour and a half. I asked if it was normal to leave people behind without calling us. She said that wasn't part of their contact with T4All. The hotel itself was not nice. There was nowhere to put our clothes, and to get to the toilet you had to step into the shower because the bathroom door couldn't open properly with the WC right behind it. The bathroom storage wasn't suitable for two people sharing a room. At breakfast, even though we had all-inclusive access, we were insisted on paying 5.50 for fresh orange juice. The woman told me I had to wait until the bar opened at 10 am. The pool's kids' and adults' sections were separated by metal barriers like the ones used at events. The staff were cool, but the food wasn't good and the bathroom was horrible. If you're going to Rethymnon, choose another hotel.

It was my first visit to Crete, and I had a wonderful time. The activities were great, from aqua zumba to the other fun entertainment, and there was kindness at every step. Thank you, Ms. Dagmara, for making mealtimes feel so welcoming. Zoe and the gentlemen at the bar gave top-notch service, and Natalia, you're amazing at what you do. Congratulations on having such a great hotel team. I hope to come back.
