Awesome Sea View Nilie Hospitality MGMT

The view was magnificent and the place looked lovely at first, but the stay turned into a frustrating mess. We kept having to wait there for technicians instead of enjoying ourselves. There were cleanliness problems from the start: dirty towels and sheets, an unclean bathroom, a strong smell from the toilet, and underwear left by the dryer. One of the two rooms had no lights, so we had to buy a lamp. On the second morning there was no hot water, despite being assured there would always be some. After hours of discussion, they sent technicians, who were polite and got the hot water and heating working. A few hours later we came back to find one room flooded because a pipe in the stove had broken. They repaired the water problem, but then we had no heating. We accepted that, and were asked to return the next day so they could check it. It was the worst accommodation experience we've had, and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
