Maravel Land Hotel Resort

The location is convenient, right on the seafront, but the service disappointed me. I booked breakfast and dinner, yet even a glass of drinking water wasn’t included with dinner. During our eight-night stay, our towels were never changed, even when we put them on the floor. The rooms are spacious but need renovation. I’m editing this six months later because I can’t reply to your comment. What I wrote reflects what happened. Our friends staying with us can confirm their towels were changed, while the same dirty ones were left in our room. We told reception. When we came for the included dinner, we had to buy water; no table water was provided. Other guests from that time can confirm that too. It’s very impolite to accuse me of spreading misinformation instead of apologizing for the inconvenience.

The location is very convenient, with a good restaurant, a holiday vendor, souvenir markets, and a few car rental places nearby that ask for no warranty. I had a very pleasant stay at the Maravel Land. The staff were polite and very helpful whenever I had a concern. There was plenty of tasty food to choose from, though keep in mind this is a three-star hotel. It’s worth trying, and I recommend rooms in the reception building.

We went on vacation together and had a really nice time. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the beach was lovely and clean too. The bar has an amazing sunset view. We enjoyed the tasty buffet, and the fish on the à la carte menu was amazing.

The food was okay, if a bit bland, and the pool and beach were nice. The people at Mango Bar and in the restaurant were especially friendly. We stayed in a family room. On the first day, we noticed a loose wall-mounted bedside lamp. It worked and didn’t seem like a concern, until our preschooler tried to switch it on. It nearly fell off the wall and caused a short circuit, cutting the electricity. Luckily no one was hurt. The hotel said they were sorry, but also said these things happen. They shouldn’t, unless someone has been careless. The bathroom floor tiles were very slippery, so we had to be careful. That seems especially unsuitable for a family room where children might stay.
