The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and a nice pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was handy for tour company pickups. It's across the street from the beach, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rethymno center is about 15 minutes away, either by taxi for 14 euros or by bus for 2 euros.

The room was clean and very good, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. But the service was terrible. The younger woman at reception wasn't very helpful, and during breakfast she didn't keep the food topped up. For example, there was always no hot water for tea. The older receptionist was good, but most of the time we dealt with the younger one, who was unreliable.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are in a lively area near supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but enough, though we had the same food both days. For parking, I'd suggest the opposite side of the hotel rather than the main street, as there was always space there. The WiFi access points need upgrading because they can't manage many connected users and kept disconnecting.

Lovely place, but the apartments don't have microwaves, and the only frying pans are basic stainless steel ones.

Calm and family-friendly, despite being on a busy street. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and the staff were very friendly.
