Fountain Villa

We loved how private and quiet the villa felt, even though it’s only 200 meters from the road. There are no neighboring views, and it has excellent natural sound protection. The surrounding nature adds a lot to the stay: cicadas chirping, dragonflies over the pool, and sometimes a herd of goats passing behind the fence. The villa sits in a private green oasis, with sunlight throughout the day thanks to its southwest orientation. The layout is practical and well organized. Downstairs there’s a comfortable living room connected to a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a spacious main bedroom and a second bedroom, which share a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have shutters, so it’s easy to sleep undisturbed. In the evenings, soft lighting around the pool and garden makes the place feel warm and welcoming. The compact kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay. Outside, a covered veranda gives you a shady place to relax, eat, or work, with direct access to the 6x4m pool beside an old olive tree. There’s also a well-kept lawn and private parking for several vehicles. Outdoor seating includes a sofa and dining table, so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings throughout the day. Weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels is included. It’s a charming, well-designed villa for families or couples looking for peace, nature, and comfort. A place to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home.
