Having to pay extra for the AC was frustrating, since the booking site didn’t make it clear that it wasn’t included. We also had to leave our room key at reception whenever we went out. Nobody was watching that desk, so anyone could easily have taken it. The beds were extremely hard, and an old fridge in the room made such a loud noise that sleeping was impossible. As it’s billed as a family hotel, children playing and running outside the rooms seems quite likely. The doors and walls were so thin we could hear everything happening around the hotel. Very disappointing.

This family style hotel has an atmosphere you have to experience, then you keep coming back. I’m here for my fifth time now. The staff are the best in Greece, and the family will help you if you ask for a special meal a day ahead. They’ll cook you the best food in Greece!

A friendly family hotel with 22 rooms in the village of Afandou. You can walk to the sea, and the Greek atmosphere is lovely. The owners are great, always friendly and ready to help. Recommended.

I slept really well. The place was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was the very small shower.

Whenever I come to Rhodos 🌞 Alfando City 🇬🇷 Kastelli Hotel 🙌 is the best place for me, maybe for you too. I love the whole family Kastelli 🙏. TOP service every day, from morning to evening and through the night 🙌. If you have a problem in Alfando, Rhodos, the family is always there to help. It’s lovely to see people from all over Europe, including Skandinavien, Denmark 🇩🇰, Sverige, and England, coming back year after year 🤗🇬🇷 Mickal 🇩🇰 DK.
