There were so many maintenance and housekeeping problems that the stay became frustrating. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room even after hours, the shower had almost no water pressure, and the electricity was unreliable, with flickering lights, power issues and temperamental AC. The pool hours were oddly restrictive and made a basic amenity feel like a hassle. Trash and room cleaning only happened if staff saw us and we asked, or if someone happened to notice us and ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. There was no consistent housekeeping. The owners seemed nice on the surface, which was about the only positive. This place could have potential with better management, but the lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort was disappointing. I won't return.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I stayed one night and won't be back. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bedsheets, and the cups clearly hadn't been washed. At check-in I was told extra linen was “expensive” and advised not to ask for more. Basic hygiene and professionalism shouldn't depend on the price, and this didn't meet even the minimum standards.

We paid €318 in advance for the 25 m2 double room shown in the booking pictures and description. On arrival, the receptionist said she'd made a mistake and put us in a smaller room, promising we'd move after 2 nights. The room was at most 10 m2 and wasn't even on the website. When I asked to switch sooner, she said we might be able to if we waited to speak with the owner the next day. We waited until 11 o'clock, but the owner didn't pay attention to us and told the receptionist to say we'd move after another day. On moving day, we had to vacate by 11 a.m., leave our luggage at reception, and come back after 3 p.m. for the room we had originally booked. We went to the beach and returned at 7 p.m. They were very nervous because we'd complained on booking.com, offered us 150 to leave, and then kicked us out when we refused. When I asked where I was supposed to sleep and why they hadn't told me earlier that they were cancelling my reservation, they said it wasn't their problem. They made fun of us and laughed in our faces. As we left, a hotel representative followed us on a scooter for several kilometers. I ended up driving all night, about 1000 km.

The receptionist was kind, but couldn't help with the problems. The hotel felt old and expensive for the conditions: the room was damp and full of bugs, the AC barely worked and leaked water across the floor, and the fridge was broken. The beds were broken, too. You could only get very hot or cold water in the shower. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty, and drunk guests gathered at night and made noise. I don't recommend staying here.
