Naxian Queen Luxury Villas & Suites

Breakfast was delicious every morning, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was top notch. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. This was our favourite place during a two-week vacation. We stayed three nights, though I could easily have spent the whole trip here. The pool was a plus, and our rooftop hot tub had amazing views. We'd definitely come back if we get the chance.

The rooms were clean, but even after we complained repeatedly, we were given wet towels. The breakfast was very basic and greasy. The pool was a good size, but noisy construction right next door made the area overlooked and not relaxing, so we hardly used it. Naxian queen was a real disappointment and didn't deliver the 'luxury' villas it advertises. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the sheets thin, and the rooms cold. The kitchen utensils were sparse and inadequate, worse than hostel accommodation, and the shower was broken.

The pool is really nice, but the rest of our stay at Naxian queen was disappointing. Construction next door and behind the villa meant drilling and sawing all day, with a large amount of work going on. Breakfast was awful: oily, cold eggs, no fruit, and tiny bowls. Staff were hard to find, and getting a glass for everyone in the villa was a challenge, never mind other kitchen equipment. Between the wet towels, unhelpful staff, and broken showers, we left early.

The location is so good and the pool is very nice, which makes this experience such a shame. The accommodation was grim and depressing, with nothing luxurious about it. The pool looks onto a construction site. Hard mattresses and cold, uninviting rooms made it unpleasant. The twin room felt like a morgue, and staff passed right outside its small window, so we kept the blind down and the room dark. The crockery and cutlery were a random mix of cheap odds and ends. Each day, damp towels were left rolled up on our beds, supposedly because of the machine, though they could easily have been dried in the sun. Breakfast omelette was the worst, tasting of very old cooking oil. We couldn't get out quickly enough and wanted to put the awful stay behind us.
