The room was very clean, with fresh towels and good daily cleaning. It was nicely equipped too, and the balcony had plenty of space. The location is a real plus: the beach is just steps away, with restaurants on either side, and Agia Anna is an easy walk. For this price, though, I would have liked water in the minibar. The hospitality felt lacking. We stayed for a week and never spoke to the host, so we don't even know what they look like. We were given the key when we arrived and shown into the room, with no explanation of the accommodation or its services. We didn't even get a welcome or a wish for a nice holiday. That was disappointing, and not something we've experienced in Greece before.

Breakfast was brought up to our room each morning, which worked perfectly for us. The host greeted us, and the place had been newly renovated, so it was really comfortable. Villa Veranda is only minutes from the beach and some lovely restaurants. We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back.

The main thing going for this place is how close it is to the beach. We booked after looking at the website photos, but what we found was very different from what they showed.

The owner made a point of staying in touch with guests and was always there to help, along with his lovely family. The rooms and location were excellent. Thanks, Manoli, for everything, and thanks to your father too.

The owner was nice, and I liked the studios. I hope I can come back.
