We were the first guests when the new season opened in May 2026. The son and father who run the hotel greeted us with a drink, and the son shared helpful tips about the area and island. Our room, Room 9 on the second floor, had no elevator, but it was spacious and had two balconies. The beds felt too hard for us, although I know everyone has their own preference. One room's AC gave us trouble, and the father and son tried hard to sort things out. They offered us another room, but we'd already settled in, so we stayed. It was bearable, and they said we could still switch whenever we wanted. They also gave us breakfast the next day, with a wonderful spread and lots to choose from. The hotel is well placed for a short walk to the bakery, restaurants, gelato spots, and beach. There are two supermarkets on the way, and the first one on the left, down an alley, is where you buy bus tickets. You can also pick up water, snacks, and anything else you forgot. Customer service matters a lot to me, and this family really goes all out to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon.

The property is in a perfect location, with lovely rooms and a pool. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and accommodating. This hotel is superb, and I'd 100% recommend staying here when visiting Naxos!

Breakfast by the pool was a real treat, with plenty of fresh local and international choices, and the staff kept our coffee coming. The pool was relaxing and well looked after. Our newly renovated room was bright and stylish, with a comfortable bed, a sleek bathroom, and elegant furnishings. From check-in, which was easy, to the welcome drink and the friendly, professional staff, everything felt carefully handled. It was a five-star stay for us, and we'd happily return and recommend it.

The room at Hotel Dimitra was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The welcoming atmosphere and the care put into the accommodation made it a relaxing, memorable visit. From our arrival onward, the staff were polite, attentive, professional, and ready to help. I'd gladly recommend Hotel Dimitra.

We'd certainly stay here again when we're next in Naxos. The owner and his son were friendly, accommodating hosts, and gave us some very good restaurant recommendations. We spent a lovely couple of days here. Our clean, comfortable room had a balcony over the pool, and breakfast was served excellently in a pleasant poolside spot. Restaurants and a great beach were only a short walk away.
