The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped, including a good kitchen. Its small bathroom was easy to use and very clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The veranda was especially nice in the evening when it cooled off. The views were stunning, and the location is mind-blowing, only 150m from one of Greece’s most beautiful beaches. We were there with a 16-month-old, so being that close to the beach was perfect for us. A couple of things could be better: it was clean but not sparkling, there wasn’t much storage for clothes and personal things, and the old air-conditioning units didn’t work perfectly, though they were adequate. All in all, a great choice if you really want to be close to an amazing beach.

Every apartment had a really broad panoramic view, with the beach, ocean, greenery, and hills all in sight. The houses are in traditional Greek white and blue, and the collection has about three to five apartments, I think. The Greek ladies who manage the place were extremely friendly and lovely. They made the bed each day and brought fresh towels daily, which was the best part since Airbnb places usually don’t provide that. The location was practical too, close to Naxos town, the beach, and the hills. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The place was spotless, which was the one real positive for us. But the beach was overrated, with grainy sand that felt more like construction material and water that wasn’t shallow. There was barely any internet, and the running water smelled strongly of mold. Plants looked like they were rarely watered. For the premium price, arriving by a steep dirt access road to what felt like a construction site was a mistake. Hope this saves someone else the same trouble.

The executive suite gave us lots of space and two balconies, and we spent plenty of time enjoying the amazing views over the beach and town. It was peaceful, away from the busy town, and Avali next door became a regular spot for us. Getting there was easy too: a shuttle was waiting when we landed on Naxos, and Teta welcomed us herself at the Naxian Riviera. Nina showed us around, then we settled in. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return.
