Thalatta Seaside Hotel

On our latest visit, a technical problem came up in the room. The team dealt with it so professionally and generously that an inconvenience became a memorable, unusual experience. We already liked this hotel from our previous stay, but this one went beyond what we'd expected. The staff were attentive and kind, always making an extra effort to get things right. We're grateful for their care and dedication, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you so much.

Limni is nearby if you want more tavernas and places to eat, since there aren't many options right around the hotel. The area itself is quiet and hasn't been commercialized, which gives it a peaceful, authentic feel. We thought the hotel was good value, and its family-friendly atmosphere suited us well. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and looked out over the sea. Waking up to the waves was unforgettable. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and their bougatsa was the best we've ever had. The staff were warm and professional, with special thanks to Alexandra, Stefanos, and Ioanna for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is right on the beach, with lovely sea views and direct access to the water. The beach was clean and calm, and the big pool was popular too. There was a lifeguard on duty all day. Marina was fantastic, attentive, kind, and professional. With the seaside setting, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and family-friendly feel, it made for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

The beach nearby was peaceful, while the pool was loud with kids screaming. This isn't a quiet hotel, and it does seem geared toward families with small children. We had a junior suite listed as sea view, but from the back of the hotel we mostly saw a field, with a bit of sea. That location did make our room somewhat quieter. Our room was ready when we arrived at 3 pm, but the mini fridge was leaking. Someone fixed it in about five minutes while we were there. Still, the staff must have known it wasn't working, since its door was left wide open, and it should have been dealt with before we arrived. Little things like that can put a dent in the start of a vacation. The price felt high for the area, though there are restaurants and cafes about a five-minute walk away.

A really nice surprise. The manager was attentive, and the staff were very nice, flexible, and quick to respond. I especially appreciated the kids' club activities being led by someone who spoke French. That was a big help with our child's integration into the group.
