Q Luxury Rooms

Some problems meant we had to cancel our flight, but the owner wouldn't refund us. From other reviews I've seen, this happens quite often. If you bring it up, they either say they don't recognize the issue or blame the booking platform. I don't recommend them.

The location is VERY good. The hotel was decent, but the walls are very thin, so we heard the neighbours. The AC also stopped working every hour during the night.

We stayed for two nights. The room was cozy and nicely arranged, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed those positives. The person we dealt with was consistently unprofessional and answered every question with unnecessary sarcasm. That treatment was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

I booked through Booking.com, but mistakenly chose the wrong dates. I contacted them immediately through the app, and my wife called as well to explain the situation. They wouldn't do anything, even though they had more than three weeks to find other guests. They seemed happy to keep our money and rent it again. They have no empathy and seem to care only about making money. Avoid them.
