We went in the low season, before the hotel and town got busy, which suited us perfectly. The manager and her team were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room had an amazing view. We had such a great stay that leaving was hard. The low-season price was very good value too.

We’d suggest hiring a car if you stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was nice and very clean, and the hotel itself was clean and well looked after. There’s a lovely pool area with stunning views, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Even at the end of the season, the Kefalonia Bay Hotel was running smoothly and paid close attention to the details. Everyone wakes up to incredible views of the sea, and the place was lovely and clean. Maria at reception deserves a special thank you for going the extra mile. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Olivia & Dan Andersson ❤️🤩

The hotel is very simple, with a few maintenance problems, and breakfast was basic. Still, the location is stunning, the pool is beautiful, and the staff are great. I’d come back.

The staff were polite, but that couldn’t make up for the rest of our stay. The sewage smell was constant, making it hard to enjoy the view or sleep with the windows open. There were ants all over the room, including in the bed, and the cleaning was careless. The same black hair was in my bathroom for the whole week. The hotel is badly outdated and badly needs renovation. Breakfast was below average, and the parking is up a very steep hill. I honestly don’t understand the good reviews. For us, this place wasn’t worth the money.
