We stayed at Hotel Andromeda before going scuba diving, and Niko and his family made us feel at home. They even shared wine with us on the porch the evening we arrived and made coffee for us before we left in the morning. The rooms are simple and clean, and the hotel has a pretty, quaint feel. They're lovely people!

Niko and his family did so much to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were amazing, and the swimming pool was divine. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting downtown.

Lovely place, and the owner is brilliant. He was happy to bring out the raki 👍

Nikos and his son were so welcoming. The hotel itself is simple but nice.

10/10
The owner and his son are genuinely lovely, kind, and hospitable, and the price is great for what you get. The rooms are spotless, with a mini-fridge and coffee maker, though there's no hair dryer. Don't come expecting luxury. It's more of a secluded, typically Greek kind of place. A strong choice if you're exploring southern Crete, including Phaistos and Knossos.
