Despina Studios

These studios are very nice and clean, with a sea view and a good location near the beach. The staff are friendly and professional. We visit every year and are very happy with our stays. I recommend them without hesitation.

George made our holiday so easy, he was always helpful and really went out of his way for us. The apartments were spotless and cleaned every day, and being right by the sea with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby was ideal. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back.

George was such a friendly host and had plenty of useful suggestions, from places to eat and visit to shops, car hire, cruises and other trips. The studios were much nicer than they looked in the photos, and we could also use a nearby pool and have breakfast at the hotel next door. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette. They took COVID-19 precautions seriously, with disinfectant and wet wipes available in the shared areas. Great value, and I highly recommend George and Despina Studios.

We had a two-bedroom studio at the back, looking toward the sea and the shared pool, and both views were fine. The pool has a bar and restaurant serving the hotel it belongs to. From here it was easy to walk to Agia Marina or Platanias, with good restaurants nearby, a bakery almost next door and a supermarket close at hand. The room was spotless throughout our stay, as was the small block, and George is a brilliant host who knows everyone around and is always ready to help. When we left, he even gave us a bottle of olive oil he makes himself. Such a nice touch. The place was exceptionally well equipped: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hairdryer, proper shower cubicle with sliding doors and hot water, free air conditioning, flat screen TV, beach towels, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel, mosquito machine, salt and pepper, plus all the usual bits. There was even bread, water, fruit and orange juice waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely be back.
