We couldn't get any response to our complaints while we were there, and there was no help, apology, or accountability. The room itself was in poor condition and dirty, with hair on the bed, floor, and in the bathroom. It was extremely damp and musty, with a dehumidifier running nonstop that was already full when we arrived. The air felt humid and unpleasant, and the whole atmosphere seemed unhealthy. Finding the place was difficult, tucked away in an uninviting back alley. Our ground-floor windows faced a public path, so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. It felt like a dark basement with no privacy. In its current state, this place shouldn't be rented out. A serious disappointment and a possible health risk. Avoid it.

Booking.com contacted the owner after I reported the conditions right away, but the owner never replied. There was no apology, refund, or attempt to help, and Booking.com eventually said they couldn't do anything more, which was incredibly frustrating. The room was very damp, with a dehumidifier running the whole time and already full of water, suggesting the humidity problem was ongoing and serious. It smelled wet, musty, and awful. The place was filthy too, with hair on the floor, bed, and in the bathroom. The hygiene was far below an acceptable standard. I consider this a health hazard and think it should be removed from booking platforms. I strongly urge people to avoid it.

For 260 euro for two nights, I don't think the room was worth the price. It was mediocre, though the TV did have Netflix and YouTube. Finding it was difficult, down a very narrow alley. There was hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived, and housekeeping only made one of the beds. The a/c wasn't powerful enough and sat near the door, so I doubt much cool air reached you while sleeping.
