Hermes Apartments

The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked well. Our room was cleaned daily, and the beach apartments have a great garden with loungers and showers. There's a supermarket and a gyros place nearby. We had breakfast there on our first day. At €10 per person, it felt too expensive for what you got, and I wouldn't say it was worth it.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were great. Breakfast didn't have much variety, but it covered what we needed. The view is excellent, especially at sunrise, so I'd recommend getting up for it. It's easy to get around from here, too. There was a strange smell in room #1 near the kitchen and bathroom, though it didn't reach the bedroom. The air-conditioning worked well on the first floor; I imagine the ceiling heat could make the top floor pretty brutal. The stairs are a bit steep, but I suppose it's good exercise 🥲

We booked a deluxe seaside room, and it had been tastefully renovated with all the amenities we needed. It was a nice sandy beach right outside, which I assume is good for kids. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It has a wonderful family feel and atmosphere. A good pick if you'd like to stay away from the worst of the tourist bustle.

It felt like the owners and staff put real care into everything. Galini helped us with all sorts of things and shared lots of recommendations. Veneta made breakfast and baked some delicious pastries. The service was wonderful, and the apartments are cozy, with a gorgeous view, a pretty garden and a swimming pool. We had a lovely holiday and would be happy to come back.
