We had a lovely holiday and came away with wonderful memories. Hotel Panorama is family-run and quiet, set away from the busy center, so it's a nice spot to relax, read, or have lunch. The restaurant has a stunning view, and there's a private beach on the rocks where the water drops into deep water, good for swimmers. Our room was clean and serviced every day. Everyone was very friendly, especially the always smiling Dimitrios and the kind owner, Stavras. Thank you 🥰

The rocks by the water were my favorite part. You can dive in and just forget everything around you. The hotel is right at the tip of Agia Marina, away from the crowds, and the location is great. We ate well at the restaurant, especially at dinner, which was awesome. Breakfast was only mediocre. The owner was very kind, and I'd definitely come back.

The room felt like it hadn't changed since the 70s, and we had no hot water and weak water pressure at the taps. Service was awful, so our family chose to leave early and pay for one night. The grumpy old owner called the police, but they did nothing in the end and agreed with me. Even one star feels generous.

The view was beautiful and the staff were nice, but the hotel itself was a huge disappointment and didn't live up to what it showed online. We were a group of nine, three families, and when we arrived one person had been moved to a nearby building because the hotel was apparently overbooked, despite our booking having been made long in advance. That building was nearly a ruin, with barely any furniture. The bed was dirty and there was slime in the shower. We were later given rooms in the actual hotel, but they still looked nothing like the Booking photos. The bathrooms were tiny, the water pressure was poor, and without shower curtains the floor flooded every time we showered. Wi-Fi didn't work for our whole stay. Breakfast options were limited and never changed, so we didn't eat dinner there at all. The owner didn't understand our complaints and couldn't meet our needs. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, hair was left on the floor, and some furniture was broken. There also weren't enough outlets to charge things, and a couple were already being used by a TV we never watched.

The sea view and location were exactly why I picked this hotel. You can lie on the cliffs and jump straight into the water. But as a woman travelling alone, I would never recommend staying here. From the first day, an employee, who I thought might be Pakistani or Bangladeshi, kept watching me while I sunbathed and repeatedly came over offering service, even after I said I didn't need anything. There isn't actually sunbed service at this hotel. He approached me again at breakfast and lunch, acting friendly and offering free drinks, which I also declined. When I went upstairs to my room, he followed, caught up with me at the door, and asked why I was ignoring him. I politely told him several times to leave me alone and that I didn't want to talk. Eventually he followed me to my room. I complained to the owner, Stavros. I believe he's a good guy, but he didn't seem to take it very seriously. I checked out early, and luckily Stavros agreed not to charge me for the night I'd booked but missed. Afterwards, locals in Agia Marina told me they'd heard of similar experiences involving this employee and other women. I also went to the local police station and filed a complaint. I hope Stavros removes him, because this treatment of women is completely unacceptable and could hurt the hotel's reputation. This ruined my vacation. I even searched my room for hidden cameras, and stopped staying at the hotel once I realized the employee had been watching me. I left feeling afraid.
