Stefan Village Hotel

The location is handy, with shops and bars just a minute away, and there was plenty of parking for our rental car. We visited in September, so it wasn’t too busy. The staff were all wonderful, and we loved the food selection each night. Our room was lovely, had extra kitchen facilities, and everything was cleaned daily. There’s also a decent gym and a heated pool just for adults. Special thanks to the pool bar bartender for the amazing cocktails. We’ll visit again!

We booked a cheap drop-and-flop break and didn’t expect much, so the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were impressive, the food was excellent, and the service and staff were super friendly. The pools felt a little chilly, though it was the end of October. I’d definitely go back.

We had to wait until evening for our airport pickup after checking out, and the hotel let us use a bathroom and shower area. That was really comfortable and much appreciated. Earlier, when we arrived late, tired and hungry, there was some food and a bottle of water waiting in the fridge, just the right amount and a lovely surprise. The place is very clean and friendly, set away from the busy roads, with a relaxed, family-friendly feel. The food was fantastic, and the homemade lemonade was especially enjoyable. We rented a car for the week and felt safe parking in the spacious lot in front. It was a lovely stay.

There are three pools and three flumes, which kept the kids entertained, and the hotel offered water Zumba too, which I’d highly recommend. Food varied each day, and the all-inclusive drinks selection was good. The resort is a good size, so getting food or drinks never felt overcrowded. It was really clean, and the staff were positive and engaging. There seemed to be enough loungers, though, as at every resort, some people get up at dawn to claim one. The welcome booklet says the hotel doesn’t condone that, and you can simply remove a towel if you see it happening. I was surprised this place only has a three-star rating. I’d recommend it and would come back on a future holiday.
