The apartment had good AC and WiFi, a TV and hot water in the shower. There’s a stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, cups, glasses and plates, and the owner brought us extra pillows. Several shops and restaurants are walkable, and the beach is about ten minutes away. You can park on the street or use the lot right across from it for €5. To turn on the unit’s power, put the key in the slot. The door locks automatically, so remember to take your key or you could lock yourself out.

The location worked well, with the sea about 300 meters away and a supermarket 100 meters away. Our first-floor apartment shared a garden and seemed suitable for children. But we found huge cockroaches inside every day. The cleaning was also disappointing: our sheets and towels weren’t replaced with clean ones until we asked after a week.

You get what you pay for, and the location is good. The rooms were clean, though the bathroom felt much too small. For a small budget, it’s generally a good option.

There were odd smells everywhere, and the WiFi was slow and weak.

The rooms were clean, and the balcony had a beautiful view.
