We loved the hospitality from the moment we arrived until we left, and the food was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast at Topos restaurant. Our room was wonderful, especially the private pool. The curtain could be opened for the view or closed for privacy. Thank you, I wish we didn't have to leave!

The private beach is less than a minute from the room, and the pools and views are fantastic. Each morning we had the breakfast buffet overlooking the beach. The two workout spaces were another highlight: a regular gym by the spa and an outdoor cardio and weights area overlooking the beach. An attendant was there during the day with water, towels, and cleaning wipes, and made sure we had what we needed. Service was excellent from arrival, with the bellhop, receptionist, restaurant team, room cleaners, and everyone else being kind and helpful. They clearly take customer service seriously. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with morning or afternoon cleaning as well as evening turndown. They brought an evening treat and water throughout the stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were always refreshed. The whole experience was delightful. It'll be hard to choose anywhere else when we visit Chania again.

We spent three nights at the end of April, and the stay at Domes Naruz was calm and peaceful from beginning to end. The staff were excellent, attentive to anything we might need, and always welcoming and kind when we saw them. Breakfast was fresh and made a lovely start to each day. Everything felt carefully planned. We'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, rejuvenating stay in Greece.

I booked through the Amex Platinum and was very happy to get an upgraded room with a beautiful beach view and a huge private pool. It was heated, though the outside temperature meant it still felt a little chilly in October. Service was phenomenal: I could message on WhatsApp to get my car or make other requests. The resort food was very good too, and there's a gym and spa. A reservation includes access to the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. If you're in a hurry, tell your waiter, since lunch or dinner can take a while. There's also a wonderful nearby cooking class, Chania cooking class Crete, about a 15-minute drive away.
