The woman at reception was so warm and attentive, and she even helped us prepare a note for restaurants about my food allergy. We’re sorry we didn’t think to ask her name. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel welcome, and we’d love to return. We stayed in the Studio with Sea View, and it was spotless, with a wonderful view from both the room and balcony. It was equipped with everything we might need, right down to pots, pans, and a French press. They’d left very cold water in the fridge for us after we arrived. The room was cleaned daily and the rubbish was taken out regularly, which we really appreciated. Thank you for everything!

Finding the property took us a while. Google Maps sent us to number 207, but the actual address is 186. The streets are narrow and winding, and very few houses show their numbers, so we spent a good 20 minutes looking around. Once there, we found a spotless building with fresh, new rooms. The AC worked and the shower had hot water. The WiFi was so-so, with three hotspots to try; after finding the best one, I could watch Netflix without trouble. The receptionist was very helpful. She spoke good English, moved her car so we could park, and called the airport to check what was happening because a strike was planned for our departure day. Pita Grill, an excellent restaurant with huge 5 to 10 euro portions, is a five-minute walk away, and the beach is about 15 minutes on foot.

The room was good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There are great sandy beaches, tavernas, and restaurants nearby, and the bus station is close, with buses that can take you anywhere. I’d highly recommend it.
