Villa Petros

The old oven was the one snag for us. It took quite a while to heat things up, which was a hassle when we wanted to stay in or prepare small meals for our daughter. It should be considered for replacement. Still, we’d definitely come back if we visit Kerkyra again. The rooms were clean, and the balcony and view were amazing. The beach below was especially good for small children, with very clean water and a large shallow area. Excellent choice, would definitely recommend.

The terrace is large and beautiful, but all the insects made it hard to enjoy. There were lots of mosquitoes, wasps, and locusts, and with the room doors opening onto the terrace and no insect screens, bugs could get inside. Some kind of cover or protection for the terrace would make a big difference. The view is stunning, and the cleaning service was excellent and friendly. With a few improvements, this would be perfect. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the insect problem.

During three weeks on Corfu, this was the best apartment we rented. The sea views were stunning, the beach was clean with safe swimming, and there was private access from the apartments. The location was great and had plenty of shade, so it never got too hot. Everything was beautifully clean, with staff on hand every day. Absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend it.

The setting is beautiful and away from Corfu’s touristy villages. We absolutely loved staying here: the rooms were clean and big, and the service was marvelous.
