Cosset Villa Mykonos

The chef team was one of the best parts of our stay. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of fresh local ingredients and great flavors. George cooked for us and shared stories and his love of Mykonian cuisine, which made the meals feel personal and memorable. Mario was also an incredible host, warm, attentive and ready to go above and beyond. He often knew what we needed before we asked and made us feel at home. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views and elegant boho décor that feels thoughtfully designed. This was more than a vacation thanks to the people there. We absolutely recommend staying here in beautiful Mykonos, and can't wait to return.

The villa looked even better than the photos, and the sunset right in front of the pool was beautiful. Mario welcomed us with wine, fruit and snacks since we arrived quite late. He also arranged a birthday dinner for me, and the barbecue and food were 5 star. He even managed to book us a last minute table at scorpio, which seemed impossible to get. I spent four nights here a month ago celebrating my birthday with eight friends, and we had a fabulous time. Marios, the owner, was kind and generous and couldn't do more to make us happy. I highly recommend the place and have rebooked for October. Can't wait to go back.

Mario and Julia were great to deal with before our stay. Mario is easy to reach, knows people who can help with just about anything you might want, and is there when needed without being in the way. His calm, peaceful energy is powerful, and when he's not around you find yourself missing him. The house has lovely boho chic decor and is equipped for relaxing, eating or partying. Its location gives you a beautiful view over the bay and Mykonos town. I truly wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island. Thanks to Mario and Julia for the lovely communication beforehand.

All the other staff were kind and respectful. Mario was the only person during our stay who treated us this way, and his aggression and bad attitude speak for themselves. We do not recommend this house. Mario greeted us and said he owned the villa. We found him aggressive and extremely rude, with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. He said other tenants had vandalized his house, and we felt watched and oppressed. Check-in went very badly after we refused his services, and he didn't answer when we called. He threatened to kick us out when he learned we might use our own private driver and chef instead of his. We had paid everything, and he received our €2,000 security deposit. The chef we had ordered wasn't there yet when we informed you, so your house rules were respected. Our negative review is about your communication, rudeness, and aggression toward the person showing you around the villa, who was shocked by your behavior. Twelve other people were affected too. Instead of apologizing and responding dishonestly, you should ask yourselves the right questions. I understand it may be inconvenient for you, as you say you have to eat, but there was no need to make such a fuss over a few extra euros. This doesn't reflect well on you or your people. This isn't a personal attack. I hope the feedback helps you improve so you can keep hosting guests and feed yourself properly. Wishing you all the best, Mario.
