Villa Christine

Dina was always smiling and made us feel at home. She also shared lots of suggestions for things to do and places to see. Our studio at Villa Christine was spacious and clean, with a lovely patio. There's public parking right beside it, along with markets and restaurants, and Agia Anna beach is just around the corner. We enjoyed the easy walk to Agios Prokopios and Plaka, though we'd recommend renting a car to see the island, which is truly wonderful. Hope we can return next year.

There's a big construction project happening next door, with noise from 7 AM until late in the evening. It's not the hotel's fault, but be ready for the disruption. Authorities should consider limiting this kind of work during tourist season.

Dina was wonderful from the start. She arranged our taxi from the port, met us outside, handed over the keys and we went straight to the room. The one-bed, one-bath suite had a kitchenette where we kept leftovers from the night before and our wine and cheese before dinner. The place is right by the beach and close to restaurants, a supermarket and transport, and Dina made everything feel just right for the location. For my friends from the Americas who don't travel in Europe much, hotels here can have smaller rooms and different setups. Still, for the price, location and hostess, you can't find anything better near Agia Anna on Naxos. We'd stay here again and again.
