The woman at the counter, with dark hair and black-rimmed glasses, was shockingly rude. Her attitude felt hostile, as if serving customers was a personal inconvenience. There seemed to be no basic politeness or customer service, and I felt like a burden just for entering the shop. The ice cream was forgettable; even if it were the best in the world, I wouldn't put up with that treatment again. There was no excuse for such unprofessional behavior, and I wouldn't return even if it were free. Steer clear. This is a zero-star place, not even worth one star! In response to the owner's reply: I have no idea what you're talking about. Clearly, you've had an altercation with another customer. Thanks for proving my point about the poor customer service and unprofessionalism.

The balcony had an amazing view, and the location couldn't have been better. We also had coffee from the cafe, and it was fabulous. Our five-night stay at Elena Rooms was such good value. The room was spotless, with everything neat and tidy, including the bathroom. They gave us fresh sheets and towels on day three. We loved our stay!

Eating here costs more than getting takeaway. What's the difference? They should either offer the same price for takeaway or let me know about the extra charge.

The cakes are great, but there's a catch: a cake costs 2.5€ in the shop and 3.5€ if you eat there. I'm sure that's illegal. False people. The ice cream was just okay, nothing special. I can't give more than one star for that.
