The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, and the location is convenient, though being beside a main road made it noisy. What really affected our two-week stay was the bed and pillows, which were so hard I developed back and neck problems. Construction was happening right outside our balcony, an eyesore, and on several occasions drilling woke us at 8am. Hot water was rare and the water pressure was awful. We could hear other guests coughing through the very thin-seeming walls and floor. There were also rats living in the roof above our balcony. We heard scratching and squeaking daily and saw them running along the phone wires attached to the building. It could be a nice place, but it needs serious upgrading.

Tasos is a friendly, nice host. The place was clean and quiet, and worked well for a stay of a few days. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Agios Nikitas centre, and the beautiful beaches are all nearby by car. I recommend it.

It’s in a handy spot on the main road between Agios Nikitas, with its many shops and restaurants, and beautiful Kathisma beach. Parking is available in the garden right beside the apartments. The host was friendly and quick to communicate, and recommended a few places to visit. The apartments were comfortable, with air conditioning, a fridge and a balcony or terrace facing olive trees. The only letdown was the shower, with weak water pressure and no holder.

We stayed five nights at Nerina studios and loved it. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us great suggestions for things to see and do around the island. Our rooms were clean and just right. The property is in a great location, with some of the best beaches on the island nearby. We’d highly recommend Nerina studios to anyone visiting Lefkada, with friends or family. We can’t wait to come back!

Really simple and clean, and in a very handy location for a good stay. It's not a hotel or resort. One small idea to improve it, a door or curtain between the kitchen and bedroom could stop cooking smells reaching the sleeping area.
