Aelia Suites made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The host and staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about their guests. Our spotless, beautifully designed suites had everything we needed, and were comfortable for our stay with our baby daughter. It’s in a peaceful setting, close to lovely beaches and places to explore. The suites are family and children friendly, which helped make things stress-free. Comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality all exceeded our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return.

The team was so kind and attentive, and Marsel gave us a wealth of ideas for activities, restaurants, beaches, and cultural sites for discovering Crete. The place matched the pictures exactly, and was ultra clean inside and out, with everything well equipped. The location worked well too, with shops and food five minutes away and Agios Nikolaos a ten minute drive. I warmly recommend it. Thanks again!

We especially appreciated how welcoming our host was. He was always on hand with helpful suggestions for beaches and local restaurants, which made it easier to enjoy the area. The property in Istro is beautifully kept, with clean, comfortable, stylish rooms, a fantastic pool, and stunning views from the suites. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

In Mid-October 2024, my partner and I stayed at Aelia Suites, and it looked just like the promotional photos. In Istro, it’s easy to reach along a beautiful coastal road, with beaches and a small town full of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. Agios Nikolaos is a short drive away and has more dining options. We came to relax, and the private pool area was great for reading or taking a quick dip. The water was pretty cold, as expected in October. Crete was breathtaking, beyond what we’d expected, and we loved being near the ocean and mountains wherever we went. The staff were lovely. The cleaning and maintenance teams kept the apartments and pool squeaky clean, and Marsel was a welcoming host who communicated really well and sent lots of recommendations via WhatsApp. I also thought the full fruit bowl on arrival was a lovely touch. Thanks to everyone. We’d love to return to Aelia Suites if we visit Crete again.

The private pool was the highlight for us. It was well maintained, gave us privacy, and was a lovely way to cool off and unwind after exploring the closest city. Having our own pool felt like a real treat. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. My partner and I were really impressed by the place and its hospitality. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay, and would book again.
