Manolis really stood out. He remembered guests, treated everyone thoughtfully, and brought a lot of professionalism to his work. The waitstaff worked smoothly together, and the whole team was incredibly friendly. The food, setting, and atmosphere were all top-notch.

The hotel sits across a valley, so there’s uphill walking to the pool and restaurant whichever room you choose. We went with the room with a view, though my wife has knee problems. A receptionist, whose name I’ve forgotten, possibly Chara, showed us both options. The room was basic but cleaned daily. We stayed on 16th October, near the end of the season. Most of the All Inclusive food was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Stavros in the restaurant deserves a mention, and Elena greeted us with a lovely smile each day, a nice way to start the morning. The bar staff and the waiters out front looked after us all week and made the holiday. Barmen Thanos and Thanosis, and waiters Rommel and Irini, are a credit to the hotel management. Thanosis had great music on his playlist. I told him about a few Scottish bands I follow, and he played some different tracks for us each night. Top man.

The staff were kind, and we really liked the area and the view. The hotel worked well for a few restful days, with all the amenities we needed, including two pools, a gym, bar, spa, and a small shop that was only open for a few hours. A shop one block away stayed open late and had drinks, sunscreen, snacks, and other things. There are three restaurants nearby, one at the hotel entrance that gives guests a discount, and two next door. The room upgrade came with a sea view, but it was right at the top of the hill. In the heat, the climb was tiring, so we planned ahead to avoid frequent trips back. You can request a golf cart and driver, though we didn’t want to rely on that all the time. The toilet flush still worked, but it was broken and made such a loud noise that it could wake the other person at night. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was quite complete, though nothing especially striking in flavor. At the pool, there wasn’t any shade or enough sunbeds. People saved loungers with towels and then didn’t show up; a few even used extra ones to dry clothes. The pool atmosphere felt a bit dull, and we preferred the beach. Beach loungers and umbrellas belonged to the restaurant and cost €12/day for two beds and one umbrella.

The sea view made this stay worthwhile. The rooms may be in less than ideal condition, but the reception and restaurant staff were really friendly.
