Both pools are stunning, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the hotel, though the showers without doors let water get everywhere. The staff were so kind and helpful, and breakfast with the live musician was a lovely touch. One thing: please stop guests from claiming loungers with towels at 7am. It’s really distasteful.

The resort is beautiful, with wonderful rooms and views, and I’m excited to come back for a longer stay. Service was well meant, but much too slow for someone on a tight schedule for a wedding. They were going for a relaxed atmosphere, but I needed things to move quicker. I was also charged for water after arriving for the included breakfast eight minutes before the cutoff. They were quite curt and said breakfast was closed, even though the buffet was still full. Apart from that, it was a great spot.

The sea views from the rooms are great, and the location is perfect. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making each day feel relaxing and special. I’m grateful for their work, the little chats, and the smiles. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped, with a beautiful view. The spa team is highly professional and the service is very good, though the space could have been planned better by the architects. Chill music and quiet lounges round out the experience.

At NIKO Seaside Resort, the sea views from the modern, beautifully designed rooms were breathtaking, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location right by the water makes it easy to walk into town while still enjoying a relaxing stay. Everything felt clean, the facilities were high quality, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were attentive and friendly, always smiling and going out of their way to make our time pleasant. Every detail was beyond what I expected. I’d highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable, relaxing stay in Crete.
