Villa Miltos

The rooms and sunbeds could use some maintenance, that was my only criticism. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Miltos, with its lovely setting, friendly hosts and good location near beaches, restaurants and the main bus route. I’d certainly consider coming back.

The bus stops right outside, and for 2 euro you can get almost anywhere. We also found the food and drinks fairly priced compared with Skiathos town and nearby restaurants. Our room was cleaned daily, and we really enjoyed the pool area. Miltos and his wife Val were lovely hosts, quick to sort out any issues and happy to help. A week there felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed every minute and will be back.

The location is great for reaching some lovely beaches, and the place could have been really nice. But after a week at Villa Miltos, we wouldn’t return. It was dated and basic, and the staff were rude. Keep an eye on food and drinks, since anything might show up on the bill. We paid everything upfront, but Miltos chased us down the road as we were leaving and accused us of lying about having no tab. The service was outrageous and left us with a sour taste. His behavior was completely unjustified and unreasonable. We plan to post videos on YouTube with more details about the hotel, area, and grounds.

There’s a grocery store and bakery right next door, and bus stop 13 makes it easy to get into town. We could walk to three beaches, too. The room was small and basic, but lovely and clean, and the pool was just perfect. We had a great two weeks at Villa Miltos. Miltos and his wife Val were very nice people.
