The rooms were genuinely clean and tidied every day, with comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was a generous spread of hot dishes, fresh fruit, and vegetables, plus a Greek specialty each day that was worth trying. It felt like a little piece of food history on the plate. En Armonia is tucked into a peaceful area beside an olive grove, despite being close to lively Laganas. From my room I could see the bay. The terrace is lovely for sunrise if you’re staying upstairs, then it falls into the shade around noon, making it a good place to recover after sightseeing before an afternoon nap. There’s also a shortcut to the center of Laganas through the olive grove. Stop and take in the calming olive scent along the way, much nicer than the nightclub smoke on the main road. The staff were warm, kind, and unusually helpful. They checked museum opening hours when I needed a taxi and suggested beautiful places to visit. Their advice made my stay richer and helped me avoid tourist traps. That’s real Greek filoxenia, the sort where they treat you like a relative they happen to like. Laganas has a reputation for being lively, but this place offered proper peace and genuine Greek hospitality, without the kitsch or moral decay I might have expected. It’s for anyone who wants a break from the shouting. En Armonia made for a successful holiday in Zakynthos, and I hope to return. Value for money: 10/10.

I’d happily come back to Armonia Hotel by Zante Plaza. It’s a peaceful, well-priced place to unwind, with a lovely pool area and tasty breakfasts. The staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. This cozy 2-star hotel is in a great spot in Laganas, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops.

That back balcony has a beautiful sunrise view, which was a real bonus. The hotel is quiet and well located for the price, with friendly staff and decent-sized rooms. Breakfast was okay, though it was much the same each day. It covered the basics: a few cereals, bread, croissants, cheese pie, ham, cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, fruit, and eggs. I wish there had been a shower curtain and a curtain on the back of the door. At night, a lot of light came through the door, maybe from the balcony or the moon. A hotel sign at the end of the road would also help, since some drivers can’t find it at the back of the alley.

We were happy with the hotel. The location is good and quiet, and our balcony had a great view. The staff were very friendly and gave us tips. Breakfast was very basic.

The small bathroom was the least comfortable part. The shower is tiny, and its curtain always left the floor wet. The room itself has basic equipment, but that was enough for a week. There’s a fridge, kettle, and cups, though no plates, which would have come in handy sometimes. The balcony had a nice sea view, and the owners were nice. Breakfast was repetitive, but fine for a week and always topped up when needed. The pool is nice and has free sunbeds. It’s in a good spot outside the crowded, loud center of Laganas. I’d recommend the place.
