The beach is close enough to reach on foot in five minutes, which was the good part. When I went on the 3rd day of August 15, the owner was polite and helpful, and brought us a portable laptop because there was no TV. The room wasn't clean, and they had only body towels, no face towels. There was no siphon in the bathroom, which is a source of germs and bacteria, and it was covered with a mat. I wouldn't recommend this for a family.

We had booked and paid in full, but the owner canceled the reservation six days beforehand without any information or reason. That completely changed our vacation plans. Extremely inappropriate guy, a scoundrel doing it just to get a few more francs. Don't even think about booking there.

We stayed for six nights and the room was only cleaned once, and that wasn't done properly. The service was poor, with no mopping. We had asked for four beds, but he brought one semi-double and two single beds. Every morning he came into the room to switch off the air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner was friendly and very helpful, making everything easy for us. We had a lovely, spacious, clean ground-floor room with everything we needed, and it was very quiet. Laganas is five minutes away, and Cameo Island is close too, so the location works well for the sea. I’m here with two children, and families considering Zakynthos could book here. Highly recommend it. ❤
