Roussa's Studios and Apartments

For a solo trip on a budget during peak season, this was a perfect 2-star hotel. Mrs. Roussa was lovely, and the room was nice. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn’t great, though. There was air conditioning, plus a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, and oven. The location was convenient if you had a car. I liked it overall.

The kitchen was a huge plus, with everything I needed, including a microwave, fridge, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans, and even a frying pan. I had two terraces, one facing the garden and mountains, the other overlooking the parking lot and streets. The place is very close to the promenade and shops are 100 meters away. The owners were friendly and managed to communicate even though they don’t understand any English. During my seven-day stay, they cleaned the place, which I hadn’t expected at this standard. The bed was comfortable, the linens clean, the air conditioning was free in my case, and the bathroom was basic. I have nothing to complain about. Best regards, Ms. Roussa, and thank you.

The room itself was clean, but we never felt left alone because the owner was constantly checking on us. She also charged a tax that we understood was usually included in the rental. As we were leaving, she asked where the hangers were, which felt like she was suggesting we’d taken them. We hadn’t even used the wardrobe. It was so absurd I couldn’t decide whether to laugh or get angry.

For an overnight stay, this place is more than enough. It’s near the sea, the owner is lovely, and the price is great. Just don’t expect a five-star hotel :)
