George made us feel welcome from the very first day, and the hospitality was the best. We spent four nights at villa kappas and enjoyed every moment. The view was breathtaking, and the outdoor areas and pool were lovely. Inside, the rooms and space were just what we needed for a memorable Mykonos vacation. Thanks, George and villa kappas. We'll definitely see you next year!

The pool, outdoor dining area, and quick walk down to the beach were highlights for our group. We spent 15 nights here in June 2021, ten people in all, and the property was fantastic, with endless views high above Agios Sostis beach. Alexis was welcoming, very helpful, and a great host. Keep in mind the villa sits on a steep hill, like most places around there, and isn't accessible. We highly recommend Villa Kappas and would stay again.

Alexis and his staff, Georges and Stellios, made our group of ten feel completely looked after at Villa Kappas. They brought drinks and snacks by the pool, suggested restaurants, and connected us with car service. We couldn't have been happier and would gladly recommend any of Alexis' properties to friends and family. The villa itself was spacious, with beautiful views. It felt like a heavenly place, and we'd definitely stay here on our next visit to the island. We also flew a drone above Villa Kappas and snapped the pictures below!

The villa was spotless and spacious, and the view was spectacular. Watching the sunrise was wonderful. We stayed the week of 23/7/2022, and Alexis, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

The view is astonishing, especially at sunrise, though nighttime is lovely too. The place was very calm, with a nice beach about a five-minute walk right in front of the house. We stayed at Alexis’ villa for a few days and everything was great. The house was super clean, fully equipped with everything we could ask for, and the hosts were polite and quick to respond. I'd highly recommend it.
