Aeri Villas & Apartments

The view is unbelievable, and the rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly, too. Breakfast was a little surprise: you get ingredients in the fridge and have to make it yourself. It was fine, just unexpected. There’s a seabus to Mykonos town every 30 minutes, with tickets around 3 eur per person. Getting from the ferry to the villa without a car was hard, even for us, and hauling our luggage uphill was a challenge. If you don’t feel fit enough for that, I’d book a taxi.

Fantastic views, and the apartment itself was brilliant with excellent service. The climb is tough, so you’ll want to be reasonably fit or hire a car. I’ll definitely come back.

That balcony view was incredible. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and could spend ages watching cruise ships come and go. The fridge was stocked with breakfast basics like eggs, bread, milk and cheese, but you have to cook them. The apartment was cleaned every day, which was lovely to come back to after the beach. Agios stefanis beach is 1.5 km away, and it was less crowded. There are a few restaurants there as well. The villa sits on a steep hill, so it isn’t walkable. We came by ferry from Athens, picked up a car from Mykonos rent a car at the new port, and were at the villa in about 5 minutes. I enjoyed driving up, but the roads are narrow, so I’d suggest a smaller car. Renting a car in Mykonos made it easy to get around.

The staff were amazing, and the rooms were nicely appointed. You can see both the old harbor and the new harbor, with most ferries now docking just below the hotel. It’s up a very steep road, but those views are worth the climb.
