Villa Vilelmina in Vlachokerasia

The views are lovely, and there’s a coffee shop in the centre, Pignata, and the Yanis supermarket within walking distance. Kassiopi is about 10 minutes away, and nice beaches are even closer. The main problem is how unreliable the villa’s manager, EOS TRAVEL, is. As soon as we had an issue, there was nobody to talk to. I wouldn’t work with them again and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a villa. The villa itself is okay and fairly clean, though there were ants and mould in the bathrooms. It’s basically two separate apartments, with the pool three floors down via outside stairs. There are no insect screens, so you can’t open the windows. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, and the rest of the apartment gets terribly hot and can’t be aired out. They provide almost nothing: just one toilet roll at check-in, after that you have to buy a large pack at the supermarket, where the smallest has eight. The water isn’t drinkable, and there’s no filtered kitchen tap like the owner has in her own kitchen. The owner lives on the premises but doesn’t speak any English.
