The rooms look old in the hotel photos, but the staff were so kind and helpful. Because we had a baby, they let us check in early and even upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. At one point the lobby had an Armenian, a Georgian, and a Turk together, like we were building a Caucasian bridge to Greece:)

The location is hard to beat, right in the city with a supermarket next door. The rooms are very large and a bit old, but fine, and the bathroom is in better shape than the room. The old-fashioned furniture still does its job, though the beds are much too soft for comfort. Parking was the main problem for me. There are very few free spots in front, so try the surrounding streets. Good value for money.

The apartment is right in the heart of the center, with the seaside and all the restaurants close by. The staff were friendly and smiling. The room was spacious enough and had a small kitchen, plus a nice balcony. A great place.

We were very happy staying here for work. It's a simple, clean hotel for the price, with friendly and helpful staff and beds that seem fairly new.

We've stayed here every time we visited Dedeağaca, at least 10 times and maybe more. Until today, the place had been clean and the staff friendly. I asked the man at reception if the lady I usually saw there was okay, since she was always around. He scolded me and answered rudely. I won't bring my guests here anymore, and I can't recommend it. The approach to customer satisfaction has clearly changed, so it may be better to look elsewhere.
