Luxurious Beach House, feels like home

Right by the sea in a great location in Alexandroupolis. The hospitality feels luxurious, and the amenities make for a special stay.

I paid to rent a house for six nights through Booking.com, and it fell short of many things promised in the listing. I wrote about both the good and bad points. After that, I started getting harassing phone calls and threatening comments. They accused me of deliberately posting negative reviews. Why would I do that to someone I'd never met or even seen? I rent two or three houses every year, and this year I booked three in Greece. Two were exactly as described and got very good ratings from me. This owner, though, has a very strange attitude. In the WhatsApp conversations, they admit there were shortcomings, then say I'm exaggerating. I have recordings of those chats. Instead of an apology, I got unbelievable threats and ridiculous remarks. I've never come across a business owner like this. I hope they come to their senses and stop using their money to humiliate people. Honest people win, and there is no need for misleading ads.

Petros was so kind from the moment we arrived until we left. The house was lovely and very clean, with everything we needed, even a washing machine. The beach is only five minutes away, and Alexandroupoli is close for evening walks and meals. An incredible stay, 10/10, and I'll definitely be back! 😍
